Step 1: Application Process
Active-Duty, Reserve/National Guard, Department of Defense Civilian, and Active Duty Retiree prospective residents, please submit your application with required documents to the Military Housing Office (MHO).

Step 2: Paperwork Processing
The MHO will receive and process your application to qualify you for base housing. This process takes approximately 3-7 business days. If you have questions with the application or have not been contacted by the MHO by 3 business days after your submission, please contact the MHO at (845) 563-0587.
Step 3: Referral Process
Once your application is approved and processed by the MHO, you will be referred to AMCC and contacted by a member of the AMCC Leasing Team.
Non-Active Duty prospective residents:
Once processed by MHO the prospective resident will be contacted by a member of the AMCC leasing team; all Non-Active Duty prospective residents, to include Reserve/National Guard, Department of Defense Civilian, Active Duty Retiree and Civilian prospective residents, are subject to additional screening and processing through AMCC. All non-active duty applicants must meet AMCC’s rental criteria in order to qualify for housing
